Dear Sir/Madam

My Daughter Gayathrie Maheshika is a student of Princess of wales colleage, Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. She Studies from the scholarship obtained by passing the 5th grade scholarship examination. She  is sixteen years of age and is hoping to sit for the ordinary level examination the December.  My once playful daughter is now suffering from scoliosis (curving of spinal cord) and is finding it difficult to stay in one posture for long . And this deformity has caused breathing problem too. An Immediate operation needs to be carried out as insisted by Dr. Sajan K. Hedge, Spine surgeon, Apollo Hospital Chennai.

The cash needed for this operation is 22lkhs LKR. We are finding it very difficult to collect this money as my husband is not permanently occupied and I'm a house wife too.

Even the smallest donation towards brightening my girl future will be greatly appreciated.

May God Bless you all!!!
